Today I drove over 2 hours round trip to pick up parts for my husbands machine. I had never been there before and didn’t know what I was looking for at all (even though my husband told me about 4 times. . ) The staff at Komatsu Pine Bush were extremely kind & so helpful!! Kevin had all the parts we needed available & on the counter and ready to purchase after speaking with my husband over the phone. Not only was all the staff extremely helpful, Kevin and another sweet woman gave my 4 year old a little gift after they saw how much my son is obsessed with all machines! They made his day, especially after spending over two hours in a car with me.. he was so excited to be there & he didn’t want to leave after that! The staff there made us feel very comfortable and treated us with such kindness. A small gesture of kindness really goes a long way and is so appreciated. Very pleased and will continue to go out there as needed. All parts were great and fixed the issues we had as well! Thank you all again & again!

Renting for a long time with pinebush. Extremely disappointed in recent rental. Rented a machine for 1 day. Used only 4 hr. Called for pick up,left there over holiday weekend. Charged me 1 week!. They are crooks! Will Never go back!Hello Shawn. It appears there is a misunderstanding of what you are actually being charged for the rental. Jason our Rental Coordinator has been trying to reach you but didn't get a chance to speak with you to explain that you were only charged for one day. Our computer system is designed to bill automatically if a machine is not returned. Your off-rent call came in after business hours on Friday. Your credit card was not charged anything. As you can see by all our 5 star reviews we do our best to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with our service.
