Very disappointed that the salesperson who spoke with my elderly parents was not forthcoming about the amount of cleaning a pellet stove requires, especially since they would be using this 24/7 as their main heat source. Salesperson completed the purchase agreement and scheduled the inspection, where the much more honest gentleman told my dad he'd need to crouch down and clean nooks/crannies frequently. Insult to injury was that they charged my parents $125 to come out when the salesperson could have just been forthcoming from the get-go. The cleaning and maintenance component may be common sense for some, but as I said, my father is elderly and often falls victim to "new technologies" always being easy and convenient. It really irritates me when people take advantage of his gullibility; no 75 year old man with a spinal fusion and who clearly cannot move the way you or I could should be encouraged to buy a stove requiring 40LB bags each day and getting on your hands and knees to clean.

Went into shop, chose a see-through fireplace (gas), got all the information I needed. Called the shop to set up appointment for them to come out. Rec'd a call back, but instead of having my salesperson call me, he told her I needed specs. She sent specs. I emailed back that I would like to set up an appointment. Heard nothing. Called the shop and left her a message to call me to set up an appointment. Have not heard back. Terrible customer service; why would I bother to buy a stove there? If the don't even want the sale, then I can't imagine their customer service after the fact would be any good. Shame on them.

Bought a propane stove from them a few years ago. It broke down last year and they came and repaired it charged me $265. It stopped working again so I went to the store. The owner was on a day off. An old guy talked to me and tried to talk me into buying a new one for 3 grand. I told him to have the owner call me back. One month later no return call. My friend told me to call my propane provider. They sent their tech over and fixed it in a half an hour. Poor customer service I will never do business with Feens again.

HI Marge, Unfortunately, we do not have access to LOPI parts as we are not LOPI dealers; however, if you take the door off and go to a glass shop near you, they should be able to cut a piece of pyroceramic glass for you and should install it for you. Pyroceram glass tolerates high heat and is what is used in wood stoves; it is expensive, but is the only suitable type of glass you can use. Hope this helps! Wendy
