Extremely bad customer service. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I’m not sure who is in charge of hiring people for this location but I have yet to meet a single person who works here that does not have an attitude. I have worked customer service, there are bad days but when it’s every time I go in (I live nearby.) then it’s a pattern and an issue. On top of that they have little respect in front of children as well. If you need to use this gas station just try to pay at the pump because you will have a bad experience if you go inside.

Clarissa....has no clue what her job is or what customer service is... I will definitely be letting a manager and corporate know what a how immature she is and what a complete waste of space as employee she is.

The employee here is always nice to talk to, and helpful, only issue is that the cash machine outside is broken, just walk in to use cash on the pump.

Tonight we arrive as normal on our long distance transfers to Sad Diego, and the doors are locked and the store is closed. Ok, close the store but some of us need to use the restroom. We speed a lot of money at your gas station, and this is one of the reasons we stopped going to the Shell off Los Coaches. They closed the restrooms on us to many times. We have a 2 hour drive back to El Centro. If this happens again we will just go to the Golden Acorn.
