Horrible!! They have dirty cups for u to use 5 ppl working and no one to help u they look at u and walk right past u dont acknowledge that u r in the store!! Most unprofessional chase brach i have ever been in avoid this branch!!

They are open on Saturdays but close early (either 1:00 or 2:00, I think).

I am a new member and have misplaced my pin number. Upon my arrival, I asked one of the front desk employees where i could have that done, and was rewarded with a laugh and an attitude filled response. I will not be returning.

I have had to go through the sign in part of the bank and was received courteously and issues resolved...that sucks they didn't do same for you

How many forms of ID do I need to open account and how much do I need?

I needed just my driver's license and I guessing any amount will do for opening a account, although there's a monthly service charge of around 5$
