I went to Baystate Norwell for a little more than 10 weeks to heal IT Band Syndrome that I had begun to experience after training too aggressively for a half marathon. The staff & PT’s were incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and not to mention knowledgeable and I felt comfortable in their space immediately as I walked through the doors. A few weeks removed from my treatment I am back to thru hiking long distance hiking trails and running ultramarathons. I owe it all to the incredibly knowledgeable PT’s at Baystate Norwell. They’re the best!

Wonderful facility! I've used Bay State for therapy a few times and have referred family members. I broke my upper arm and collarbone in 2016, and my orthopedist told me I could regain UP TO 80% of the use of my arm. After my course of physical therapy with Bay State was completed, I regained FULL use of my arm! My orthopedist was very surprised and credited an excellent therapy program with my recovery. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional.

Everyone starting with the receptionist, physical therapists and the entire staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I worked mainly with Angelica Castaneda two to three days a week. She was outstanding with her expertise and care she showed me at every visit. I would highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy.
