Came up from NYC to help my mom get a new tablet. Walked into store after speaking with associate Jordan over phone on advice for a new one. Jordan couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Staples!!! This guy is a rock star in service. Thank you

One of the worst organized stores for shopping. Out of stock on many items, no one around to ask for help. How are corn chips an office product? Staples used to be the go to store for a lot of people, myself included. I used to work in IT and when I needed a quick part, power supply, drive, monitor, even desktop quickly we would head for the nearest Staples. Around 10-15 years they re-organized the store layout. Instead of having all memory cards in one area they would have a few in one area for 'cameras' and a few in another area for computer use. This made it hard to shop for and find what you needed. It seems it has gone down hill ever since. If I have to order online I will stick to Amazon as I will have a better range of products to choose from and a better interface to shop on. Staples has really gone down hill. Now there really doesn't seem to be anything sticking out for Staples as a place to go for any reason. When you place an office supply store next to Walmart people will buy the corn chips at Walmart. This takes away valuable shelf space for office products in your "office supply" store. Look at what happened to Radio Shack when they forgot their customer base and instead tried to directly compete with big box stores.

A ways have a good experience here. Use the copy center frequently and also have used their UPS shipping center with great results. Pleasant staff on hand that can help out with many different things and will let y know if the service you are looking for is not available at this store and will direct you to a larger location for that need. The self serve copy center is very useful when y have a small print hob to do and also you can e-mail your print hob from your device to the center's equipment and will be ready to print when y arrive. Is a handy feature for traveling sales people and others who travel a lot for their work.

Yes, you can fax in the self service area. All of the self service copy machines can fax. The print & marketing full service counter can also receive faxes for pickup.
