We rented a 4x8 trailer to go one way from San Diego to Florida. Crystal the manager recognized we need the right ball & hitch plus connect Qwick connect wire harness we bought at Mira Mesa the day before. We were so impressed with the detailed and leadership qualities of Lawrence, Jesse and Eric who took the extra steps to make sure we were taken care completely. They changed my reservation time without letting me know (it was the 24/7 type of reservation where you are supposed to be able to get your truck using only your phone). By changing the reservation time and not telling me, I ended up being considered "late" and thus my entire reservation was canceled. I wasted an hour on the phone without any help. Terrible company. Terrible business practices. Please never give them any money.
