This place is horribly unprofessional. I went in for an abrasion, doc said wanted me to be seen by specialist that week. Next day her staff called me said we got you in in October. I called to ask some questions , first day never got a call back. Second day the receptionist attempted to give me medical advice when clearly she had no clue. Then finally talked to someone halfway competent and the doc called me back and made it seem like she was doing me a huge favor getting me in that day with specialist. Only thing is my insurance required a pcp referral and they told me I didn’t. Thank god so looked into that and didn’t just go and get hit with the bill. The office staff is chaotic and some are downright rude. They push their expensive eye drops on you as a remedy for anything. Avoid at all costs and find a doctor that has a helpful staff and is qualified to assist patients.

I was recommended by a friend and I don’t think I ever want to change office. I reside in Lawrence and I consider my travel to my appointments all worthy. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating, and Dr. Dao takes the time to make sure you are completely taken care of. 10/10 would recommend!
