Very positive experience. Only recommendation would be to give the garage a quick sweep as there was quite a bit of debris / sawdust from cutting the garage doors inside. Would absolutely recommend them.

I highly recommend Atlas-Coles for their exceptional customer service. I broke the bottom section of one of our garage doors and then learned that our garage doors aren’t being manufactured anymore. Other companies that we spoke to simply quoted us for a new door, but Erik (our salesman) took the time to see if he could offer us a better alternative. He called around and found a used section so that we wouldn’t have to replace the entire door (or all three if we wanted them to match exactly). The installation was great and the door looks perfect. My husband and I could not be happier!

We had a great experience with Coles, and I would strongly recommend them. We requested a quote for two new single doors and opener mechanisms, and Paul was out to take a look and give us a personalized quote with a few different options and prices that could work for us. Once we decided to go with them, the doors were ordered promptly and an installation appointment was set up quickly. The gentleman who installed the doors was professional, friendly, and thorough, and I am overall quite pleased with the level of service.
