I went there and traded my ps4 for another ps4 and paid the $40 diffrance. And then when I got home the ps4 didn’t work and kept freezing I went there and they proceeded to tell me all it needs is a cleaning. And then they cleaned it and I went back home and then it still didn’t work.and then had to drive all the way back to west haven and they proceeded to tell me it’d not there fault the ps4 didn’t work and then I traded back for my old ps4 and then they tried to get me to pay the difference one that one. And they wouldn’t give me my money back so they bascily stole from a kid. I would recommend never going here game stop is way better. And the employees were just so annoying
