The guys who came out to get our paperwork AND the guys who loaded our mattress and base were friendly and incredibly efficient. I'm super impressed with Mattress Firm as a company. Their customer service is honestly fantastic (a rarity in many cases!!)

Beware of Mattress Firm - particularly the Mattress Firm that sells at the Ohio State Fair. I bought a bed frame/mattress there and was told it would be delivered and set up. The mattress arrived via fed ex, dumped in front of my door rolled up like a dead person in a body bag and twice as heavy. I could not move it so there it sat in the weather until 2 weeks later when the installer arrived. The installer , with whom we had set up a day/time, brought the bed frame. But he would not put it together because we had cats and he said he was allergic. So he left - now this was a HUGE problem because we had disposed of our bed that morning and my husband is DISABLED AND BEDFAST so he did not have a bed at all until nearly 2 weeks later when they finally sent an non allergic person to install it. At the same time we bought a hot tub at the State Fair. We were shown the model, told the price and signed the agreement. That was not the model that was delivered. The salesperson switched us to a different, smaller, cheaper model and we signed the paperwork to purchase it because we trusted that it was the model we were being shown. There was nothing we could do. We were also told that the purchase would be financed like a car - it was NOT. We were given a "credit card" which because it was charged to the limit dropped our credit rating. Finally , we were told that it was an interest free financing but it was not, we are paying 25%. I would definitely recommend this store and Albert Friend! Superb costumer service and got a great deal to top it off! Highly recommend!
