I live here and the rent is outrageous, like I could literally live in a nice part of Boston for what we pay here... most people are really nice and the maintenance crew is cool...but u got ya psychos n outcasts n people who r way to nosey and people who will blame other people when there's no-one else to blame

My boyfriend and I have been living at this complex for only a month now but so far have had an amazing experience! We have been desperate coming from our old apartment which was not taken care of by our landlord in the months we lived there in a horrible area. Ever since then we have been extremely careful with our next place so we can call something home. Jaeson in the leasing office has been the absolute best of help through the process from applying to weeks of waiting to finally move in. He was there to answer our questions and was never unsure of anything we asked as he knew we were anxious to start fresh. He made it super simple and was extremely professional and respectful the whole way through. I saw negative reviews on the complex mainly regarding people not picking up after their animals and blaming it on the staff. In my opinion, that issue has nothing to do with the staff, it’s the owners of the animals who are too lazy to clean up after themselves. I don’t think they should be responsible for a problem such as this. There are weekly landscapers who have seemed to go above and beyond to keep up with the appearance of the complex. And speaking of the appearance, everything is absolutely beautiful around the complex, even the leasing center is very cozy and has plenty of amenities. We have never had to make a noise complaint and everyone in the community is very respectful, especially considering we are directly across the street from the University, we are surprised! I only had to call in maintenance to fix the blinds that broke and they answered within an hour and were there within an hour to put new ones up. I was recommended by a co worker to live here since she is a current resident, and I can finally say everything I was told is true. I could go on about how much this place has made a change in our lives. We truly feel extremely safe here and don’t have to worry about this and that. I have been spreading the word to my friends to fill out an application as they were very interested. Thank you guys!

I recently moved in and When I first got there the apartment was very clean. All of my appliances work great and seem brand new if not lightly used. The apartments are spacious and quiet, I can’t hear any of my neighbors. Love it so far

I sold my home almost 4 years ago and moved into Waterford Village Apartment Homes. I was worry free. I couldn't believe it. After owning a home for years and now leasing, it changed my quality of life! No more repairmen, fix this and that. Just a phone call away and things are done just right! I love my large spacious apartment and large many closets and storage here! When I am in my apartment I feel like I am in my home. They keep everything inside and outside up to date and clean. The community is lovely to walk around. Very nice when things are planted in season. They have made great accomplishments to keep us safe during this pandemic. My commendations to the staff here. All precautions have been put in place for our protection. I would recommend Waterford Village to any and all friends & family. I never plan on moving again. I love where I live! Thank you, Waterford Village.
