If there was a zero star I would give this place. I had a bad experience before and went back again for more punishment. They printed a label and I left the package for them to give to Fed Ex and yes the label was fed ex. I am out the brand new shoes and the money and I have an unhappy customer. I am starting to think they steel.

I’ve been with them for over a year now and they are AMAZING!!! They are a small family owned mail box center in Cranston and all around really great people. I ended going to do business with them after writing my previous review down below of the location in North Providence. I’m so happy with my choice!!! I’m treated with respect and they VALUE their customers. If anyone is reading my review and is looking for an alternative location to open up a mail box please go and do business at 780 RESERVOIR AVENUE, CRANSTON, RI 02910. This updated review is long overdue.*** 🔽PREVIOUS REVIEW BELOW🔽 I called Mail Boxes Plus NP at 1800 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, RI 02904 today May 22, 2019 around 1:00pm to inquire about their yearly mailbox plans. The first time I called the store the phone rang 5 times. On the 6th ring someone picked up the phone and hung up! I couldn’t believe it so I called back again. The second time a man picked up the phone talking in a low voice that I can barely hear him. He sounded very uninterested in taking my call. No enthusiasm and very cold. I asked him, “why did he hang up on me?” He stated, “he didn’t hear anyone and hung up!” FALSE!! The first time I called he didn’t even bother saying hello, he simply picked the phone up and hung up on me. The entire second phone call he was playing stupid. Still no desire to help me and acted as if I was bothering him by calling the store. I returned the favor and HUNG UP ON HIM! This is by far one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve ever experienced. The employee clearly didn’t like his job and didn’t want to be there. His poor attitude and rude actions are going to hurt this business. That is not how you handle a customer. I never got his name. I hope the owner sees my review and reaches out to me. That type of behavior is unacceptable! I was interested in doing business with them but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Great service and very helpful. I wish all shipping centers where like this. Hours of operation are better than the post office. Family owned shipping business along some Philippino snacks and foods.

Only if you print the label yourself at home and bring it already on the pkg. They will not print the label for you.
