Matt is down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. When a pricing error occured he went above and beyond to make things right. I couldn't be happier with my guitar or the service I received. Visit E.L. Music, you will not be disappointed.

Pretty decent selection of music supply and equipment. Small guitar and amp selection but pretty cool in here regardless!

Absolutely love this place. Matt is such a good guy and great to work with. He’s helped me out many times. Very cool vibe in the store as well. Best place for music in the Worcester area by far.

I came in to drop of My 2016 Gibson Les Paul Studio HP for a long overdue set up. While I was there, I found that E.L Music had a used Vemuram Jan Ray priced so fairly that I would have hated myself if it was gone by the time I came back for my guitar. I think it speaks volumes about this shop's eye for quality, which is even more apparent in the set up! My Les Paul is now perfectly intonated and plays like a dream. I will be taking all of my guitars here for maintenance from now on, and look forward to great deals on other gear in the future!

I believe they do have.
Perfectly following safe guidelines. Customers and staff all must wear masks. Social distancing is practiced. Before playing instruments, customers are required to use hand sanitizer. This is as safe as it gets.
I had my entire acoustic guitar set up for what I considered to be a reasonable price. They changed the strings, tuned it up, and made the action low enough for it to be playable. Since you're only looking for string repair I couldn't tell you how much it would be, but gauging off the rate I got I can't imagine it would be a price you'd find unreasonable.
Don't work there. Only shop. Probably should call.
Probably not
It depends. All repairs are different.
