Slow AF. Waited 10-15 minutes just to order, find out they didn't have what I wanted...is this McDonald's? Shake machine down. Then I was stuck in line for another 15 minutes before I could leave because they can only seem to handle one order every 30 minutes and there were cars ahead of me and behind me. Lost over a half hour of travel time and got nothing. Came last week and the wait was just as insane. But I at least got a milkshake at the end of it. Update 6/7-- Stuck in line again, 7 minutes this time, only one car ahead of me. Shake machine is down. At this point, I'll probably never stop here again. Don't stop in Kelso for ice cream, McDonalds can't provide reliably either.

Fun After Fifty

Did have what we wanted lights were out on menu and building 9 pm spent 30 min in drive thru they stuffed 2 hamburgers, 1 pita and 32med fries and 20 napkins in 1 bag and 1 fri box alone in one bag. I suggest putting each meal in separate bag. Believe negative reviews.

Dining room is completely closed off forcing people to crown together at the counter. They had 2 workers working during lunch rush and I waited 23 minutes for my food. Waste of money and time don't go.

I have loved Jack in the box for years and it's sad that I have to leave negative comments but tonight's dinner in Kewlso Washington was so nasty appearance bad, smell bad, taste bad, spicy bad.!!! Plus they crammed 2 burgers, 4 tacos 2 fries into ( 1) Bag with a wad on paper towels. No Chocolare no shakes...will be a long time before I return
