Standard Lowes. Pretty organized. Paint lady was super friendly and helpful. Restrooms were pretty clean. Parking spots are small though. And parking lot laid out wonky trying to get back to the light.

Disgraceful store. Management is a joke. They make you feel like a thief if you go to customer service to inquiry about a price match of their own ONLINE websites lowes.com this store shod be investigated or CLOSED

I went into the Apopka Lowe’s store on April 19, 2022 around 5:45pm to buy mulch & when I pulled up I saw two clerks (a female and a young male both wearing red Lowe’s vests) helping another gentleman load mulch into his truck. I went inside to pay for my bags of mulch and was told by the cashier someone would be outside to help me so I drove over to the side of the store where the mulch was and saw the two workers who had just been helping the other gentleman load standing on the side of the store by the forklifts. The female was sitting on a parked forklift & the male was casually leaning on it next her her talking, joking & laughing. They saw me loading mulch into my vehicle alone and stood there facing me watching me load while they talked amongst each other and laughed. I loaded as many as I could until the pallet ran out so I had to go inside and ask the cashier for help because I could not get the new pallet open. She told me there were two workers outside that should be helping me and I explained to her they were standing there watching me but we’re not helping. She seemed shocked too but she sent a new clerk over to help me who came to my rescue and helped me load the rest of my bags. I asked him if those two clerks were on the clock he said yes and ask them what they were doing. I asked their names he said the female’s name was Teresa and the male that was with her was new so he didn’t know his name. I am shocked by the lack of customer service from these two workers who were clearly on the clock not doing their jobs. They didn’t even come to check to see if I had a receipt or if I even paid so for all they knew I could have been stealing bags of mulch while they stood there & slacked off. This store seems to be poorly run & lack customer service.

This Lowe’s is located in Apopka off of 441 across from Home Depot. This store is always very clean and the tram members are friendly. We usually come here in the spring to to get our lawn and yard looking good.
