I do not believe so, you have to put an application in and even then there is most likely a waiting list of other people that are trying to get an apartment.

I have no idea how long the wait is....I would not recommend living there if you can help it...my parents lived there forv9vyears and were spayed on from the neighbors the whole time....my parents received a call once to find out who just showed up at there apartment. My mom told them."not that it's any of your business but its is visiting nurses"....they were also very rude to her when she moved out
