Upfront the staff are great and very nice but the facility never has doctors like it should so expect to sit atleast 2 hours before seeing a doc for urgent care.

Very unprofessional staff at the window. Don't get too comfortable with your health care provider because next time you go there it may be someone else. dr. peff is a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen.

Had 12 pm appointment today 8-25-21 waited 45 min. Had to leave for work Was never seen. Didn't even wait to see why Dr didn't see me. This is 2nd time this has happened to me. Last time. When I complained nurse suggested I find another Dr. Well this time I will!!

Wait times can range from 30 minutes to 3 hours. Staff has no problem being as loud as possible when discussing your private information, as well as doing a good job at not being very knowledgeable of your rights as a patient. Very good at canceling appointments without warning or reason too.
