Absolutely terrible experience. I went in and the doctor prescribed me a z-pack to be sent to my local pharmacy, which they told me was open. When I went to the pharmacy it was not open so I asked them to send it to another pharmacy. When I got to the second pharmacy two hours later they hadn’t sent the script through. I called them back to remind them to send it and they said they’d send it now. I waited at the pharmacy for another hour and a half, called back 3 times and each time they made up some excuse as to why they hadn’t sent it through yet. In the end they didn’t send it through until the pharmacy was no longer open and suggested I drive an hour and a half to one that is open to get it or wait three days. In the end I wasted 6 hours trying to get a prescription that I now have to wait for three days to get.

Kind, thoughtful, thorough, and professional. Best medical experience I've ever had. I could go on and on about these wonderful people who give of themselves to help others. From inpatient to billing I was treated with dignity, caring, and respect. This post comes from a caregiver / advocate of a loved one who is living with a chronic condition, has had several surgeries, seen many doctors, and been through many facilities.

Today my family of 3 all went to the health center for Covid testing. The whole process went smoothly start to finish. The nurse ran through information for all three of us over the phone and after a 30ish minute wait in the parking lot we pulled the car into the tent where we all received a rapid and PCR tests. The nurses were amazing with my son who was nervous about the "far up the nose test". It took a little over an hour from check-in to leaving the facility but for 3 patients on a busy Saturday I was impressed. The nurses gave my little guy a bunch of stickers which helped keep him occupied during the wait. Thank you so much for being so kind in caring in a time that has demanded so much of healthcare workers. We appreciate you!

I went into this place with a laceration that needed immediate attention. The doctor that took care of me had no bedside manner at all. The nurses were great but the doctor did nothing for me. Started by saying that it was a “trauma center” and they would take care of me.....nope. They beat around the bush and we finally went to the ER after and X-ray that she claimed had a “large rock in it & I would be stitched”. Shared my experience with my ER doctor and told me there was a rock that was not much of a concern but a piece of glass, maybe the urgent care doctor would know if she even took a look at my wound. I do not recommend this place as they were very unprofessional and helpless.
