This was a great company for rafting. They were pleasant, personable and very knowledgeable about the river and the local area. We enjoyed our express trip on the upper New. Mostly class 1-2, but a little thrill of a 3 thrown in. They provided water on the bus & river, and more refreshments (beer and soda)on the bus ride back. Shout out to Cassie, Patrick and Alex for a fun afternoon on the river. And the bus driver was amazing on those curvy narrow roads. Pick this rafting company, you won’t be disappointed!

Our family had a fantastic day on the Upper New River! The class 2 & 3s were the perfect starting point for our kids' (8 & 10) first trip and they can't wait until they are old enough for the class 3 & 4s! This is a smaller company and we only went out with 2 other rafts so you really feel like you get a personalized experience. Since it was a family trip the guide did most of the paddling through the calm water, which I was not expecting, so we were able to relax and enjoy the scenery. We stopped a couple times to swim, jump off a big rock, and had a picnic lunch with lunch meat sandwiches, pb&js, chips, cookies, and fruit cups. Plenty of bottled water too. Adult beverages and soda were provided at the end of the trip. All the guides and even the bus driver were super friendly and laid back. There was also no push for tips at the end like most tours have, which was a nice surprise. If you have young kids, are older, or very nervous about rafting this is the trip to start with!

What a treat! We booked the Family Upper New Day Trip with Lunch for our family of five with three children (6, 8 and 11). I'm the only family member who had been rafting before, so I was a little nervous that it would be too much for them. There was nothing to worry about! From the start our guides, Cassie and Mable, were attentive, kind and very informative. We had an amazing time and the rapids were just right for our beginners. We can't wait to go back!

Great!!! Got to have the adventures of the rapids and plenty of relaxing places between. I love that this is a family owned small business. First time and I was anxious but after the first rapid it was obvious our guide Trent knew what he was doing. He was experienced and knew what to avoid and what to go for. I could tell everyone really enjoys their job. It really feels like your hanging out with friends with the staff. I started calling places our last day in town. Nowhere had any trips that day. They didn’t either. Tristan told me they had something the next day. As I was saying never mind he said if your set on going today, let me see what I can do. They took us out at the exact time we wanted. Then we showed up late and everyone was still all smiles and so friendly.
