I arrived 5 minutes before my 8am time slot. That put me in a position where I was waiting in a long line to get checked in. The lady working check-in was obviously overwhelmed, and they could probably use an extra helping hands during the insane check-in rush. I was told that the same thing happens from 11:45-12:15. A lot of the stress and some of the delays could have been alleviated with BETTER INSTRUCTIONS IN THE EMAIL.

This place is run by people who are professionals and know what they are doing. Despite COVID protocols and a number of people taking any a variety of exams at any given time, the staff does their best to work everyone through as quickly as they can.

Several other test takers have shown up today to the testing center and I arrived at 7:15, when the office usually opens. No one was here, so me and at least 15 other people have been waiting for an employee to show up. If they were going to cancel because of the hurricane they could have at least called the night before or BEFORE the scheduled exam time. The fact that no one can get ahold of the office or any employee is so unprofessional and there is no communication. Exams are already very stressful and anxiety-inducing, but the fact that Prometric isn’t answering our calls or providing any assistance or communication makes it an even worse situation. This is unacceptable, Prometric. We pay a lot of money to take these exams and this blatant disregard for customers is absurd.

Had a good experience besides the fact that person next to me was constantly typing. I wish they can just separate those who takes GRE in one section because they do tend to type a lot. I was able to start my exam right on time. The checking in process was efficient, there was more than one person working to expedite the process.
