Three basketball courts an indoor track, squash, a good gym and friendly staff makes this a great choice to stay in shape while on vacation or living around New London

I have not heard or seen any signs indicating classes being cancelled due to holiday.

My husband and I are seniors. Do you offer any classes that would be good for stretching and balance that is co-ed?
