Worst jack in town went yesterday 4/17/22 and my meat still had blood, my kid’s burger also had blood on it and now he is sick he’s been throwing ever since he took a bite of that burger. This used to be my favorite jack always has great experience there but not after yesterday I will never go to this jack ever again.

I walked in Standing here about 4 minutes Nobody is not saying nothing I said hi No answer I said hi again The manager Nazeret started to yell on me and she asking why am I yelling? I asked her why is she not answering when I'm saying hi or why is she not welcoming the costumers. This first. Second I don't think she should ask costumers why they yelling when she is totally ignoring the costumers. Terrible experience I'll never be back here.

You know what …their service is not bad it’s just they mess up up your order a lot you have to sit at the window and check your self 100% it’s only a handful of times they got my order right and when I start trusting it again they mess up today I wanted to try tiny nacho tacos it looked sooooooo good omgggg and I was in the rush to go home to wash my uniform for work I didn’t realize how late it was I haven’t ate all day I got home to find out they messed up on the nachos it was no topping I was so disappointed I usually never complain but dang and I called a manager helped me and said bring the item back and they will remake but it’s like what’s the point I have to work so I’m asked out for today but I hope they fix this issue they the only close jack n the box to me
