Horrible experience my child went in after a febrile seizure (I think that’s what it was) and they completely ignored me and we waited 5 hours just to get Tylenol. He’s a 18 month old baby, zero concerns and didn’t even track his oxygen levels that I was concerned about since he’s a preemie. The drs were so so not helpful but not mean, the nurses were horrible (not the triage one though that saw us first). I believe they are understaffed which I feel bad obvs, but I don’t care about the 5 hours but at least run tests keep me waiting for a reason, not for fun.

We were in town for a week, when my son had an accident that resulted in him getting admitted and having surgery. Thank you Dr. Westmoreland for your knowledge and expertise. We felt so comfortable and at ease having you as our son’s surgeon. The amazing Nurses that helped keep him calm pain free, smiling. The staff that came to bring him toys, to the volunteers that brought in dogs to come visit him, Ronald McDonald foundation that gifted him some books, coloring books, and toys, The techs and food service everyone was just so kind. Thank you. Even though it was an unfortunate situation our stay at the hospital was great!

Nemours is the Best Hospital in Florida. Doctors and nurses are super professional and kind. Nurse Dale Morrison from the Lake Nona Facility ER 03/19/22 Night Shift was Excellent. He made my son feel comfortable about the procedure they are about to endure. Nurse Dale was friendly, professional, and compassionate. All staff have have great bedside manners. Great Experience!! Thank you so much.

Thank you very much for answering. I urgently need an email from the hospital where I can present my case, I live in Venezuela, and I want to be sure that there they treat spinal cord injuries, and how much more or less the treatment would come out, we are looking for help, because we know it will be expensive. We appreciate you can help us.
Yes they have a whole unit dedicated to Hematology and Oncology
No, Nemours DOES NOT have a labor and delivery unit. Nemours has a NICU. Nemours also has a clinic for maternal and fetal medicine for complex and high risk pregnancies.
I would think you need to call the volunteers office and ask them. They are a very small hospital and i don't know how big their NICU is. Good luck i uae to do this
We have united for our son and he was treated there (and had surgery) but I think it depends on the type of treatment needed. Best to call and just ask, they are very helpful. Or call your insurance and ask them.
They have a number you can call which can answer your questions directly, too.
Lamento mucho la situación de espera que tubo está persona,en mi caso atendieron rápido a mi nieta . Fue una excelente atención médica y de enfermeras
No adults it's for children only

Hello, Jennifer. Thank you for reaching out. We do serve patients up to age 18.
I believe they do.. My daughter had to be evaluated by a neurologist from an outside location but he monitored her through a tablet
Yes, the ER is open to the public, for any child up to age 18.
Hi Glorylenny, we reached out to our Child Life staff and they are not in need for crocheted hats. You may want to reach out to the Ronald McDonald house as another user suggested. Thank you for your generosity.

It be best to call your insurance to see where is in network and out network
Maybe it's a similar logo but it might had something different or it just having a memorial about those days, well the only people that can answer you about ur question its the hospital.
I believe they do
There's only one actual Nemours Children's Hospital in Orlando. It's at 13535 Nemours Parkway. The other places you go to for things like pediatricians appointments or relatively minor illnesses in children. They're like urgent care clinics. There are other actual Nemours children's hospitals in other states and I think there might be a small one in Jacksonville (not sure) but there's no other Nemours Children's Hospitals other than that.
There is no way of telling.
No, a medically induced coma is meant to keep the child unconscious for as long as the surgery and recovery time needed. There should be no loss of lifetime memory, just no memory of surgery and recovery time.
If he has had more then 4 in 6 months i would bring him in. The ENT Dr.'s are great at Nemours. I go to Titusville or Melbourne to bring my 4yr old.
You can call the hospital they have very great doctors there when you call just tell the operator to connect you to one of the doctors my daughter has lupus and rheumatoid arthritis and all her doctor are here
Nemours does not have an outpatient lab, we normally refer them to Arnold Palmer outpatient lab, they're great with babies
Yes they do
In Englais? Please 🙂
Yes
Call or better yet talk to them in person out at Nemours. They take lots of child safe things that are donated for the kids. If you talk to them in person you might want to take a sample.
In the room with the patient.?When my son being hospitalized there I stay and I even have my other son sleeping in the room in the couch with us because I don't find babysitting. It was Ok with the hospital
I usually receive an email survey after each appointment. Also, once a year they send out a request for you to review your favorite doctors.
Hello, Marina. Nemours Hospital is a specialized children's hospital. It is a very good hospital and the care is first class. They have an ophthalmology department. My son is cared for in it. You must make an appointment to have your baby evaluated. If necessary, they will refer you to the most appropriate place for treating your baby. I hope your baby gets better.
All kids. Its amazing hospital
I do not think they have gynecologists.
The E.R. is 24/7 & the hospital is excellent.
I will agree with Ron - only the doctors can tell you for sure what is possible. At the same time, Nemours was very able to help my child regain function from what other doctors had given up on. One thing I can say, they will take your son's wellbeing seriously. Call them. It is well worth trying.
not sure if there is a Nemours near you (I do not live in NC), but if you can get to them, they are amazing people who work extremely hard to find answers and do not give up as long as you are working with them. I hope very much that she gets whatever treatment she needs and recovers quickly.
Yes they do
No they have many different specialties
Almost none
You can log into your My Nemours chart and see when your follow up visit is
