Just moved in on April 1 I love it here clean quiet friendly neighborhood Condo is beautiful and very spacious inside and love that we have 3 balconies Clean pool area with hot tub and heated pool is perfect! The recreation complex across the st is great lots of fun for the family!!

Swimming with a friend that lives here. The pool area is beyond awesome. Inside are with tables. Raised lawn chairs and everything was so clean. Loved it!

I guess high HOA fees don't equate to decent upkeep and service from the HOA company. I'd strongly reconsider if you want to move in to this community, your money is better spent elsewhere.

Would be awesome if thay clean the water like it was. It makes it look not taken care of. Speed bump are to big. You might bottom out.
