Found this place by chance and so glad we did it was great. Got the platter the ribs and brisket were slightly chewy but could have been that it’s different bbq style than we normally have, flavor was good as well. The chicken and pork were some of the best I’ve had! The Hannah pudding and donut holes we incredible!!! The BBQ sauces were all very very tasty my wife even liked all of them as well! Lastly the service was incredible everyone was very polite and our server was very attentive and courteous as well. The place we pretty much full as we left so people probably already know about this gem but if you are in town or live here GO!!!!

We love coming to Sonny’s in Sanford, FL! The food is consistently delicious and served up quickly. The service is great: Jamie W is the best. She makes us feel welcome, valued and appreciated every time we visit, so we always ask to sit at her tables. Omar, the host, is another outstanding employee. He always has a smile and a great attitude while doing his job. Thank you, Sanford Sonny’s!

We ordered with Door Dash. Was still warm when we got it. Everything was so so good except the pulled pork. That was just gross and sad to see they have let the meat go so down hill. They use to be a lot pickier about the quality of meat. Other then the the sweet potato and coleslaw and garlic bread and baked beans all were very delicious!! Price was way higher then it used to be. It’s so pricey now that’s it’s not really a good family deal. Sucks the way things are going.

Been to many different Sonny's and this Sanford location takes the gold. My taste buds were immersed in the most succulent ribs! I haven't been here for years and it looks like they've renovated. The food was good and the service was even better. I believe her name was Ciera and she was highly attentive, kept bringing me the Ribs without delay. Can't wait to go back! Pro Tip: If you're the All-You-Can-Eat type and don't see it on the menu, it's usually available if you ask!
