We were not greeted for 10 minutes plus when we arrived. When we were greeted, it was by a single waitress who was the only one working. We couldn't self seat even if we wanted to because all the available seats had "reserved" on them. Some other customers came and left after we were seated, seeming to lose patience with not being greeted, which is sad. The food was slow to come out but we could tell they were understaffed and tried to be patient after a long day. Friends with us said they had come a few years ago and this was an amazing Italian restaurant. Our food came out and nothing was good... except for the mussels our friend ordered. Bread didn't come with meal that it was supposed to so we politely pointed this out, along with a missing appetizer item. We were told sorry, must have forgot/dropped the item on the way to our table. ? When we got the bread promised it was unfortunately hard and burned. Had to ask for refills multiple times, etc etc. We wanted to like this place, but they honestly just seemed like they needed help that night and this was our only experience at this restaurant so hopefully this is not the norm. The last straw was when I used the bathroom and there was a huge cockroach on the floor (dead thankfully but gross). We paid a lot for our meals as well. The two people working that helped us were trying to make things better and working hard, yet stressed. I don't write a bad review like this or ever give 3 stars, but this was a bad experience for us.

I did come in. It was there about 2 weeks ago. Me and my son came in for his birthday. The waitress had a birthday around the same time. The waitress was really nice. The cook was really nice too but we waited a long time for our food. Everyone else was served their food before us. But my son did love his pizza.

Best Italian in Daytona. Sweetest server. Her and Her sons have definitely made a Great Night that much better.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Hands downs the best restaurants in Daytona ( if you want Italian) the most amazing customer service, owner/host/server, she does it all. Makes you feel like family and that you have been coming there for years. Her sons, (the cooks), they deserve alot of credit too, the food was so authentic, favorable, and portion size was unbelievable. I will be coming back for sure. Check this place out garentee you will not be disappointed. 10 🌟
