I had a wonderful time. It was our class of 71 ’,50 year reunion, the food that was catered was very good. The ladies that was serving and all they did a great job.It was so good to see everyone that was there. The decorations were very great looking the girls they done a superb job decorating. It's hard to believe it's been 50 years since we all graduated. But that's what we did thank God for the time we had in school. And the time we have lived our life the last 50 years. The ones that couldn't come they were missed. Also the ones that's passed on are missed as well, God bless everyone that was there at the reunion thank you Roger and Janet for letting us all be there to celebrate 50 years. May God bless you always Roger and Janet. Also the ones that was over the setup of the reunion for us all classmates a class of 71

The people are "amazing"! Very friendly! Management is professional & friendly. The clubhouse is kept clean & organized. Lots of activities for everyone. Yes, they do have fishing allowed in the lakes there. Golf cart trails you will love. Pool is very clean & you will love the temperature. Jacuzzi is wonderful! The golf grounds are kept up & you can even join a golfing club. I have nothing but good things to say. You get "a lot" and pay "little"! A++

This is a wonderful, quiet, friendly, safe place to call home. There are daily activities if interested, cards, shuffleboard, bingo, water aerobics, line dancing, crafts, billards , horseshoes and so much more. However, if you like the relaxed life, the pool is great for lounging and sunbathing, we also have a free library. There is something for everyone.

Yes there is a lot of people that do not go back North for the winter. This is a 55 and over community.
Hi William! Lot Rent is $280/month for inside lots and $300/month for lake or golf front lot. No, your utilities are on a separate bill with City of Fort Meade - electric, water, sewer, garbage all on one bill and averages $200/month.
There is not a motel in Ft. Meade. They do have a Hampton Inn and a Holiday Inn in Bartow, FL which is about 10 miles north of Ft. Meade.
Yes ma'am small dogs are allowed I have not seen any big dogs but I'm not sure how Rodger feels about that as he's the owner of the park. You have to ask him... God bless and good luck
Lot rent covers lot only. Golf is $360 per. Person per year. Lawn not include.
$240 - $300 lot rent depending on if you are on the golf course or not. You must buy a home in here there is no renting of other people's property allowed.
