I lived at the El Villa in 2021 in a studio for 6 months and loved it, had I not moved out of state I’d still be there. If I end up in Wheeling again (it’s possible), I’ll be calling Ted to see if there’s availability. Ted was extremely kind and helpful with any questions, concerns, and anything related with our move in and out. Maintenance was fairly quick and extremely personable. The apartment itself was beautiful, I loved the built-in vanity and large tub. And overall, the pricing was extremely fair. Highly recommend!

I liked my stay at the El Villa. The owner and super were personable, and the garage access was lovely for someone like me (a Floridian) during winter. The onsite laundry was also nice.
