First, we were so excited to come to this location given that its the only one closest to cities: we travelled 50 minutes from Maryland. We had first timers in our party and our experience was absolutely deplorable. The waiter was lackadaisical and forgot units of our order, didn’t deliver condiments to the table, had to constantly keep asking for the the remainder of the order and syrup for the main courses. As we dined, we noticed several kitchen staff not wearing a mask while cooking and preparing food for table tray deliveries. The quality of food was subpar compared to countless other Cracker Barrel’s we’ve visited in the south. As we were preparing to leave, I overheard a waitress converse about the quality of the food gets worse throughout the day, and people should only come in the morning for breakfast options: words from the restaurant workers Never again

Wait was a little long but after having those pancakes... I see why!! They were great (in my tony the tiger voice)! They were gone so fast I couldn't take a picture of them...sorry🤣🤣 I had the "Grandma sampler"

My husband and I went for dinner on a Friday and this location was not busy. We were able to be seated immediately. Our server was in training but overall provided excellent service. The only issue that I had was it took a long time to receive our food once we ordered (45 minutes). Overall good experience.

This is a great place to eat has great products outstanding menu and the employees are very nice the bathrooms are clean and well-stocked whenever I travel to Florida I stopped at Cracker Barrel it's one of the greatest places besides IHOP

Sounds like a question for corporate headquarters. Not all restaurants give senior citizen discounts nor are you entitled to them. Yes, it would be nice of them to honor senior citizens. Nothing says that they have to.
