AMAZING!!!!!! what an amazing experience. Story Time : I had my wedding dress scheduled with a different Alteration company and was sadly informed upon arrival they could not do my alterations for my dress. Not only was I disappointed but highly upset. I immediately left and googled a near by location and this company came up. I called to explain the situation ( mind you it was about 30min-1hr before they close) the whole staff was so sweet and accommodating. I arrive 6min after the phone call to open arms and great service. The Manager was not at this location today but she FACETIME ME.. YES YOU HEARD CORRECT. she did a whole wedding consultation while her team took amazing directions. She was absolutely delightful. I am so happy I started this process with them and cant wait to share the finishing touches .

Katie and the ladies at Express Alterations are the BEST and I'll never go anywhere else for alterations. I can't say enough amazing things about Katie, the owner. She is amazing at what she does - always knows exactly what alterations are needed and is an absolute joy to work with. They always get things done in a timely manner, and everything always turns out perfectly (I've even brought curtain panels there and they altered them perfectly). 5 stars!!!

So happy with my wedding dress alterations! Not only is Katie extremely talented she is also a joy to work with! She is super friendly and knows exactly what is needed with out you having to tell her. My gown is made by Lover’s Society and needed to have the hem done, and hip taken in for that hour glass look. It fit like a glove when Katie was done! She got it done with in my short time frame and for a good price. Also love how she did the bustle on my dress. It was absolutely perfect! My bridesmaids had their alterations done here as well. Everyone’s dress turned out great! My husband had his suit done here as well. Looked perfect! I will never go to another place for alterations again. This is the BEST place.

What can I say about the owner Katie? She’s literally a miracle worker. I bought a beautiful satin silk gown to wear to my wedding with, a size larger so that I could have it fitted to my measurements more easily. We dropped our garments to a local tailor that my husband had used before. Two weeks later, just DAYS before the big day, I tried the dress on again at home and it somehow fit me worse than it did before. It was clear to me that the person that did the alterations must not have had much experience with this material as it was bunching in unflattering places and it wasn’t even steamed (that’s a different problem). Frantic and stressed we googled looking for a place that might be able to help us. So Thursday night at 5:30 pm I showed up to see Katie, ready to beg if need be to have her fix my dress after reading so many other wonderful reviews. Katie was calm, which made me calmer, she explained to me that the fabric was not the easiest to get fitted but of course, she could make it happen. She asked me what time my wedding was on Saturday, I said 5pm. She told me she would see me on Friday at 5:30, just 24 hours later. I returned on Friday and Katie was finishing my dress. I tried it on again and could finally breathe a sigh of relief. It fit! She noticed a few small things and adjusted them right then so I got to leave just 25.5 hours after I brought a disaster in, with the dress of my dreams. I will only be going to Katie for my future alterations, and I suggest you do the same.
