This company has gone DOWN in the last couple of years. I specifically drove for over 1.5 hours one way because I had such an excellent experience the first time....but a couple years later....It was the exact opposite. I left my new car overnight for the express purpose of getting it cleaned which I was promised. That means I drove round trip 3 hours for that to be done...I picked up my car the next day....It had not been touched. There were car mats missing and the ones that there present were disgusting. The vehicle was filthy inside and out. I had no owners manual... I could go on and on. VERY DISAPPOINTING. When I called them on it....They told me to bring it back....Wait....Another 3 hours....nah...I'm good HOW ABOUT A GIFT card to have it done professionally next time!! I got RIPPED OFF is how it feels. I would PAY MORE for better any day....all day. I was able to get the owners manual but I will not be back!

Appreciate the customer service and honesty provided by the general manager and sales (Ben) on my new purchase. Awesome car lot with a variety selection. Thanks!

We love this place! Just bought our second car from Evo and both times they were honest and straightforward through the whole process. Ben was very helpful and patient getting us into the right car for us. Speaking as someone who’s experienced how dishonest and shady some used car dealerships can be, you don’t have to worry you’re being scammed when buying from Evo Motors. Will definitely buy from them again.

My wife and I just purchased a Toyota Camry from Evo Motors yesterday. Our salesperson Anthony and the General Manager Jakarquisa were very professional. The experience was very quick after test driving a few different vehicles. I appreciate their attention to detail and great service. Financing on the spot with great rates. Thanks again.

Cant go wrong with trying, you need a car, but you'll take an inquiry on your credit. Normally lenders want a credit history to see what to expect from you before lending out so much money. Kind of like buying a car and not knowing what to expect. You'd be more hesitant in getting a car you know nothing about than buying a car that has a known reputation for being reliable. Same with banks and creditors. (Not saying you're unreliable). But some banks and creditors are more risk takers than others so you may get approved for a loan with no credit, but if you can its better if you can get a co-signer, even if it's a very trusted friend just to initially get the car. Make a couple of payments ON TIME so you'll then have a credit history and shows 100% on time payments and then refinance through another bank on your own. Also if you can, go with a Credit Union there much better to finance with and have much lower APR interest rates compared to normal banks. Good Luck!!!
Indeed, Evo motors' prices and quality are hard to beat.
Yes on the lot inspections are allowed. Also since the beginning of 2018 to promote customer satisfaction EVO Motors no longer retails vehicles AS IS any more. All vehicles come with a five day mechanical guarantee in case you notice anything not functional after the sale. Also some regular maintenance items are included one time for free with the purchase and you can visit our website and click on important info for information about free maintenance that you can ask to have completed if it was not completed already. You can email us directly if you have any additional questions. Thanks
My score is a little above average but no major credit history for me besides credit cards for only a few years. I got approved thru one of my cc co. loaners w/out any pay stubs or verified income for an average loan amount.
They do accept trades but I would not recommend it. We sold our car for $4k more than they offered us.
They put plastic and the carpet to keep it's from getting dirty
Most dealers charge 700 to 900. Tax and title fee's are state-mandated
No answer to warranty question Frank?
I really found the place impressively stocked and with an astonishing number of employees. I have no doubt that they will be able to accommodate any sale. I suggest you go, if you can, and check right there.
They have a employee riding with you with a mask nd you have to wear a mask as well
699.00 dealer fee...I've bought several cars here....good people
Yes they go by vin numbers u pick a car give them the vin. They will bring vehicle to you along with car fax
They have a 5 day or 500 mile limited warranty to fix unknown issues.
It is best to get financing before going. There is a thousand dollar discount if you do. From what I have gathered, down payments are the difference between what the finance company will finance the car for and the amount financed. At Evo, most vehicles appear to be way below Kelly blue book. Hope that helps!
The max you can put on a credit card or debit card per vehicle transaction is $1000.00
Hello Wilson, Tires are offered at dealer cost if needed. Tires are the only regular maintenance that we dont include in our pricing but we do offer them at dealer cost if needed sedan tires cost are around $350 all in on most models. Some larger sizes and luxury brand are more expensive visit the location have them give you a quote on tires. Thanks
I would call them. Their finance division would have record.
It should but not always. Regardless EVO Motors does not buy or sell vehicles that have a flood damage disclosure.
Call and ask, it's possible they do but overall, I don't believe it's a big chain operation it's more of a mom and pop oversized operation. But what I can tell you even though I'm not the owner and I don't have the exact answer for you I can tell you that depending on how far or how many states away you live, this used car lot is unlike any other that I have ever seen or been to. The quality is outstanding the pictures of the vehicles do not do the vehicles justice and the deals on these cars are just amazing. My next several cars will come from EVO, the prices are far better than any other used car lot I've ever seen! In addition you're able to buy lifetime essential warranties or hundred thousand mile warranty is for somewhere in the neighborhood of 1,500 bucks on top of your price but you have to bear in mind some of the manufacturers warranties are up to a hundred thousand miles. So after you've done your research on that then you could decide what warranty plan you would like.
Carfax is your first place to go, but Carfax reports are becoming more and more vague as people are having their cars fixed by body shops who agree to be vague or misleading prior to repairing the vehicle. Best thing to do is have a mechanic look at it, or a body expert. Or, just move on to a different car.
