They are terrible about returning calls. I called a month ago to find out what the increase was going to be on my water bill over a month ago never returned my call. Called again this week and still they have not returned my call. Very poor customer service... Billing department is the worst!

Had a very large tree that kept dropping limbs on my fence. Called public works and they sent a very nice supervisor to assess the complaint. He in turn sent surveyor to ascertain the tree was on county prop. Then the crew came and took out the tree and cleaned up, all in a very timely manner. Kudos to the entire crew and staff at the public works dept.

This place is shameful. No one knows anything about what you need help with and of course they don't know who to tell you to contact. I've worked in county govt and if my employees treated the public the way I was treated, the termination process would have begun right then. "I'm just doing my job" seems to be the standard excuse. No one returns phone messages at all. Leadership begins at the top and that being said, when election time comes around let's get rid of the slackers on the board and have the new board put in people who at least "give a damn!"
