Worst furniture store. Do not come here or buy anything from here. Furniture comes with manufacturing defects and customer service will leave you hanging forever. Our entire Ashley experience has been horrible. We bought a new sofa in beginning of 2022 that came with a deck and trampoline manufacturing defect. Since day one it ripped with the very first seating on them and we communicated that to Ashley which has not responded to the date. I will not advise you to consider under any circumstances to come this or any Ashley store as they will delay your case no matter what cost. Their entire customer service department does not care and has a very poor system for resolving their incidents. There is no easy way to contact someone who'd be willing to help you. Each phone call takes you approximately 3 hours to even reach first line of support. As it has happened to us we are still here with our poor quality and very expensive sofa without a response from Ashley

First and probably last time purchasing from Ashley. I ordered bar stools in early June. They were scheduled for delivery in early July. The stools arrived and were scratched and chipped and in poor condition overall. I’m now having to jump through hoops with Ashley online customer care because the store simply cannot swap them out for new ones. I have to wait two weeks for a “technician” to come to my home and inspect the stools…at which point new ones will be ordered and scheduled for delivery. It’s taking almost 3 months to get bar stools! Absolutely ridiculous!

I don’t even know where to begin. The experience has not been pleasant at all I would say it has been a nightmare. I was at this store on January 30, 2022 and our sales Rep was Ramon who is no longer there. We were told that depending on the color of tag we were going to receive furniture faster and off course we chose from the color with closer delivery date. The sales rep confirmed several times and different days that all furniture was ready to be delivered. We receive our order and we’re surprised that just some of the items were delivered. Called the sales rep who advise to call the store as he was not longer working there. Have been at the Store several times, talked to different people. They all give you different dates, different answers just to get you out of the store but no one’s seems to care or do something for you. We understand that things have changed since COVID but that’s not excuse to leave your customers hanging waiting for phone calls that never happen, waiting for text updates that never come. Providing false information because they were not honest from the beginning. I have chairs and no dishing table but now they say they don’t do partial deliveries, how come? That was already a partial delivery how can you deliver the chairs of a full dining set and no table, it makes no sense. Obviously you are not told this information when purchasing, everything looks good and everything will be delivered timely. We regret purchasing here and we will never purchase from Ashley again. Who knows when I will get the rest of the furniture.

I placed an order and it took 4 months to arrive, when it arrived the furniture was in complete disarray. The furniture was horribly put together with paint chips coming off, screws no properly placed, and dirty. The furniture appeared to have been previously used. The product did not have any protective covering on it. My daughter and myself waited 4 months for the furniture to arrive and when it did arrive we were extrémalo disappointed by the quality of the product and the delivery service. When I called and claimed about this situation I was told that a replacement I would have to wait another 4 months for it to arrive. I must restate I expected more from Ashley Furniture store. Atrocious customer service, delivery, and the wait times.

The entire staff wore mask and they had a sign out front that said customers must wear mask. Social distancing is not a problem because the store is huge. You can still sit on furniture though.

I bought over $25,000 of furniture over a period of 3 months. Yes, I did have to wait for some pieces, but nothing I wasn't told. My entire purchase and delivery was fantastic. Best customer service ever. Recommend you talk to management. I'm positive they will resolve any issues you have.
Just call the store where you purchased your dining set and they should be able to get that receipt for you.
