I've been using DDS lab for probably close to 7-10 years. They provide great results and have very responsive technicians. I just seated 27 units on 2 patients this morning with minor contact adjustments. You deserve a great thank you from me and my patients for great restorations!

They don’t abide to deadlines. Turnaround time is huge, but that’s something you can work around. The cases are constantly late. The system doesn’t update estimated delivery dates. They send the “case update” letter every morning, but information there is outdated and doesn’t correspond with the actual state of affairs, those are basically pics. They could’ve sent me photos of puppies instead, no other value is held in those. I never had issues with the customer service reps though, they respond to my texts, return the calls, but even if I call to confirm that the case production is on track to make sure delivery will be on time, they reply that everything is fine, and yet the case is late without the notification. So communication is happening but there is a broken chain somewhere which makes it absolutely ineffective.

The trainer (will speak Spanish to other Spanish people) talking about people when you have a question. Who does that and what company allow that to happen on the floor or yet let this happen at THEIR COMPANY....DDS LAB THE BIGGFEST

Sometimes its easier to speak Spanish to the trainees. Most are Spanish. The trainer you speak of I know personally.
