I am not sure what some of these people are expecting who give this motel such a poor rating. For the past few years, this has been my go to choice of lodging when I travel to Parkersburg for work. Every time my rooms have been spotless, the beds very comfortable, the AC and fridge work perfectly with always fresh towels/soap. They even have toothpaste downstairs if you forget yours. The staff have always been kind and accommodating to me, even during COVID times. This is not the Ritz Carlton, it is a super 8. For being a motel I give it a 5/5 every time.

Not really enjoying my stay ! Here is not really neat . There are not have towel holder , no clock , sink is very slow hot water running, mirror not seen really clean , dust , washer machine is not good in spin and lots wet and dryer is not well dry and not enough heat in dryer . When we leave hours , we thought they will clean the room , when we returned the room and not see cleaned and not put fresh towels So we went to front desk and asked miss cleaning , The lady told us that " We don't cleaning the room everyday " OH digusted !! We are not satisfying this motel .. We will not return this motel in the future ..Thank you Show quoted text

They have cockroachs! I took photos of them to bring to the front desk, and even caught two in their plastic cups. When we told them about them instead of even apologizing, they wanted to argue about it because we stayed there another night. What were we going to do? We had already stayed one night, likely had them infest our belongings already, we were about 500 miles from home Slept the second night with all the lights on and now once we get home we have to clear and wash all of our travel belongings. Gosh this is going to take hours of our time after not sleeping well to keep from having that infestation follow us home.

Positive: Great value for the business traveler. Internet worked great, and LOTS of TV channels to choose from. Negative: No elevator. The property was behind a strip plaza, so with no sign at the road, it was difficult to figure out how to get to it.
