We took our 3 year old daughter here and she had an absolute blast. Check in was easy. You pay per kid, parents are free. Pay, sign the liability waiver, put shoes in cubby area and off to the FUN! Make sure you bring your socks, as they do not allow bare feet or shoes in the play area. Parents are allowed to wander and watch kids attentively as well as help kids under 4 engage with the playful activities. Staff was kind and great. We were there for 2 hours from open to noon. I would say it could get hectic with more kids but when we went there was maybe 30 and there was more than enough room, space and fun for everyone. Will definitely be returning and will also be telling all my fellow parents to try this place. 10/10 Thanks for a great morning!

Our kids love this place, it has different activities indoors for those rainy days. They offer two party rooms if you want to have your kids birthday parties here which you can book online or call. They have a gated area for toddlers to play. They have a rock wall room and a groove room with arcade games for older kids and teenagers. They have a photo booth too. The food is great too! They don't have many tables though to sit down to eat. We highly recommend this place.

My autistic nonverbal 8 year old child loves this place. I try to bring him here when he gets bored around the house. My other 2 girls also enjoy it. I highly recommend it to families with young children.

Took my grandson there yesterday for the first time. It was awesome! Definitely going back. Saw some bad reviews, but I think those people were just having a bad day. Went when they opened and had the whole place to ourselves the first hour. So much to do. We had fun!

It's for children and teens of I believe under 15 or somewhere around there. But not for adults.

$12.50 per child, unlimited play time, through business close. You cannot re-enter the same day after leaving though. You would have to pay again. 2 adults are free per 1 paid child admission. Additional adults are $6.25. Children under 1 year are free.

Is Jack's open today (sat after irma)? And are there any similar type play zones that can serve as alternatives... Esp appropriate for small 3 yr old?

Nikki Helen Martin | Sep 9, 2018

I'm still out of state after having escaped Irma myself so I'm not sure if JJ is open, but as far as similar indoor activities to take small children, i regularly take my daughter to: The Imaginarium, The Children's Museum (my favorite for playing), and Sky Zone during toddler hours.
