I brought my work truck to this Pep Boys because it was overheating on a Saturday afternoon. Because my company truck is under a fleet maintenance plan, all repairs have to be approved. That can get a little sticky on a weekend. Fast forward to Sunday. Gary got it done for me. He got the approval needed to do the work.Water pump, thermostat and flush. Whitney is the mechanic who stayed past closing to finish this work. I have to thank Gary for handling all the upfront stuff just to get this work approved. I have to thank Whitney for doing the work to my truck and as I said, staying past closing to make sure I could do my job on Monday! These two guys saved the day! Big kudos to Gary and Whitney! 5 stars!

I wish I could leave zero stars. Terrible customer service. I had the worst experience at this location. I made appointment with service manager Brittney Brown for oil change. She told me she special ordered my oil and it would be there Monday. My Saturday appointment started about with me leaving my truck and waiting over 4 hours just to discover the wrong oil was put in my truck. I called and was told by Devonte to come Sunday when Brittney would be there. I came back and had my 16 and 13 year old sons with me. The mechanic Anthony, who didn’t even work on my truck before, came up to the register I was at with Brittney and started talking to me very rudely about my truck. “ I’m a mechanic and you’re a lady…” is what he said loud to me. He kept talking loud to me being rude about my truck and I told him that I wasn’t there to talk to him and to please leave me alone so I could speak with Brittney. Anthony refused to listen and kept being loud and rude with me especially in front of my sons. I had to walk out to not hear him loud talking me. I will NEVER come back to this Pep Boys for anything. I DON’T recommend this store to anyone not even an enemy. Anthony needs to be fired because he has no respect for customers, women or children. My sons told me they were shocked at how he was talking to me. Terrible store.
