Neighborhood is considerably large and being new to the RV life I would have to say that so far it seems like a regular suburban neighborhood rather than seasonal vacationers. They have a curfew at 10 for quiet time which is fine. 3 places on the compound for laundry and to shower if needed. Neighbors and staff are friendly and pretty cheap per month considering inflation. I don't have any negative comments about this RV resort so far and I've been here for about 2 weeks now. For now, I give this place 2 thumbs up 😁👍👌

I stayed here a year ago and paid premium prices for a site on water. Had a good stay even though pricey. I made reservations recently for a week. No water available, fine what site can i have. I was told they wont tell me until i get there. Paid in advance for a week. After a 350 mile dr we get there and my site is on the very end.A tree, streetsign and giant rock make it impossible almost to back in. My 24' barley fits with the truck sticking in the street. Between the rock and the sign i can squeeze my truck in as long as it touches the picknick table. They advertize parking for 2 vehicles. Motorcycles? Rest assured we will never stay here again and i will make an effort to tell everyone i know about my stay.

A great park for seasonal and weekend campers and RV's. Most of the people are snowbirds staying for the winter. There is a pool, laundry, nice bath houses with showers, and almost daily events. It's a big park with many small ponds and brackish rivers great for fishing. Make sure to bring your dog and electric bike. People are friendly and it's in a great location to bike around Oldsmar.

Hard question to answer, it depends on time of year, how long you would be staying, and length of rv.

They have in the past. Best to call if they currently accept.
No age restrictions. However, nothing geared for children. No playground or play area. But children and all ages are welcomed.
There doesn't seem to be a age restriction. There are kids in some areas of the campground. But very few. Hope this helps.

It depends if you want to be in the new section or the older section. Both sections a very lovely but the newer section is for larger RVs. I think the race just went up on the first of the month. We paid $700 for the month of September. We think it’s a beautiful RV park
There are no cabins to rent and their is no tent camping allowed either.

No. They are very particular about even the rv's they let in. Most of the people there are full timers and don't want dirty or old rv"s there

Not sure on yearly but we stayed for a month in May and it was about 500.00 with electric at 55.00 for a class A motor home
They Don't rent rv's. only the "office" can tell you space availability .
Yes directly across the street the upper Tampa Bay Park there is no one that delivers canoes for rental in Pinellas or Hillsborough
The rates are seasonal plus the level (quality of site you want) you have to contact the company or their website has the best information. I love that place, you will have a great time
