I used to work at this place a few years back. I worked the line in the kitchen. This place easily had the knastiest kitchen I've ever seen with the exception of one or two I've seen in the virgin islands. They're not technically open to the public, so they don't have to answer to the health department like most restaurants do, and they FULLY take advantage of that fact. There was a solid layer of crud on EVERY wall from the floor to about two feet up. They were a really slow kitchen for the first couple hours of my shift, so I started cleaning that layer of crud and other knasty places in the kitchen, there were LOTS of them. I was looked down upon and even discouraged from cleaning those places by management. How they haven't had a mass ecoli or food poisoning outbreak is no small wonder. Their walk-in refrigerator was organized poorly and downright filthy. Raw chicken stored in open containers right beside or over top of vegetables, food left uncovered on trays, etc. There was no organization and it was so small so people just crammed stuff wherever. It looked like they hadn't emptied and cleaned the walk in fridge since the place was built. It was a safe haven for bacteria, viruses, etc. You couldn't pay me to hold an event at this place knowing of that pig sty of a kitchen. If you don't want to risk your guests lives...have your event elsewhere, cuz its just a matter of time before this place kills someone with their lack of hygiene standards if they haven't already. This place isn't worth the risk, especially in times like these.
