My son went in for a sinus infection. After a 3 hour wait the provider came in and told him it was PROBABLY Covid and he WAS going to die and he should get the vaccine! What medical professional makes an immediate assumption with not knowing his history having had Covid in January. Then to tell someone who already fears the doctors they will die to push their political unsolicited agenda.

My husband went in today for a sinus infection, needing antibiotics. The nurse practitioner told him he probably has covid and is going to die. Then continued to go on a rant about getting the shot. How completely unprofessional, to tell a patient they're going to die? AFTER waiting 2.5hrs to be seen, we will NEVER recommend this "Urgent" care to anyone.

I have my life to thank to the staff of Urgent 441 Care at Brownwood. Barely walked in, was seen immediately. Referred for x-rays on 466A. There was asked if I was going to wait? Said no, went home to bed. Not long after going to bed had both phone ringing off the wall and police at my door. My appendix had bursted, I was toxic. Went to hospital, they were waiting for me. Rushed into surgery. This has been awhile ago. Just wanted to shout out just how serious staff tend to the people they see. Now go there as my primary care.
