Same theme as other reviews...Made an appointment for Travis to come clean carpets a while back because my mom said how good he was. He never showed up or answered his phone. My mom has made 2 appointments with him recently now and he didn't show up or answer his phone!!! Do not use him. He won't come or respond. I think he just works when he wants to and has no consideration whatsoever for customers and they're time or needs.

I have been using Stanley Steemer for the last 10 years and this last experience will end that. Travis called me the day before to confirm the appointment and I told him I had the day off and that I would be ready for when he showed up, which he told me would be around noon. So 4pm came up and I called the number that he had called me on the day before. It went to voicemail and I left a message. 6pm arrived and I called him again, straight to voicemail again. I left another message. He never called me back. I then called the call center and talked to someone there that told me the appointment had been cancelled. I didn't cancel it and I have been waiting all day. They then told me they could reschedule the appointment for next week. So I have taken the day off, moved all of my furniture, sat around waiting all day for nothing, get to move my furniture back for fun, and they think I'm going to reschedule a no call, no show after confirming the afternoon before. Uhmmm, big no there. As far as I'm concerned, they owe me a day off. Seems to be a reoccurring theme in some of these reviews. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Use at your own risk.

I had an appointment scheduled about a month ago and was emailed by the owner that he had a family emergency come up and that he was not able to do it. I understood and told him it was no problem and that I was going to be out of town for a week but we could reschedule after that. I emailed him several times asking if he could come out certain days and never heard back from him. I ended up calling and rescheduling. The day of the scheduled cleaning we moved all of the furniture out of the rooms to be cleaned and then they never showed up. I called and they put me through to his phone, and I got his voicemail. I then called the company back and they got ahold of him, and they were told that he tried to call me. I have no missed calls, no voicemails, no emails or texts. I was then told that I would receive a call from my manager within a couple days, which I have not. I am extremely frustrated!

I moved in with my sister while my husband & I build a new home. We thought it would be a nice surprise to have my sisters carpets cleaned & have it all clean before we put up the Xmas tree. So I decided to contact Stanley Steemer. When I called I got a call center but the guy was very friendly & booking was easy. I got a call that they finished an appointment early & offered to come to our house early which was wonderful. Travis the owner showed up to clean the carpet he was very knowledgeable, very professional, and very friendly. He took his time to do the job, didn't cut any corners, and explained every step. This was one of the best carpet cleaning experiences I've ever experienced. If you are needing your carpets cleaned I would recommend Stanley Steemer and Travis 100%. PS her carpets had never been fully professionally cleaned, she had 2 large dogs, 2 roommates and they rarely removed their shoes inside.
