First time I went, felt very comfortable with Dr. Roller and she took her time with me. A year later, they called and cancelled my scheduled annual visit. I then had to re-schedule the appointment they re-booked me for. I called 4 times over a 2 week period and also left 2 detailed voice messages. No one ever returned my call. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I was referred to Roller Gynecology by an acquaintance. If I could given them zero stars I would! It mostly comes down to Sally the receptionist. Dr. Roller was just ok, the annual pap was fine but was asked to schedule another appt to talk about a couple other things which could have been easily answered at that appt..... at checkout when I asked Sally about the online access she got a nasty attitude when I asked if she had my email address, she stopped, looked at me and said I’m going through the paperwork right now. Nastiest receptionist I have ever encountered! I was told I would hear a call back within a week if my results were abnormal or they would put the results online if the were ok. After 3 weeks, and 2 emails sent to the office and one voicemail nobody responded! I called today and spoke to Sally and asked if she could tell me my results, which were abnormal! I asked why nobody called and her exact words “I am one person and try to call everybody back when I can”. So I guess I wasn’t important enough to know my results! Since I have had a history or pre-cancerous cells!! I have ALWAYS had a biopsy scheduled to check the cells, but not at this place! After I hung up because she was so rude, she calls back to try and reschedule a check in 6 months! Ummm no thank you!!!! If you value your health and wellness and want to be treated with respect, don’t go here! Seriously, don’t waste your time!

First & foremost I would have given Dr. Roller 0 stars if possible. Originally, I chose Dr. Roller due to an AdventHealth ER MD’s referral post severe pelvic related issues. I placed my trust in Dr. Roller in hopes that her bedside mannerisms would match her expertise in her field. To my extreme disappointment, she left me feeling like I was less than human. She had performed a surgical procedure & was MIA post op when I needed her assistance due to severe complications. Sally, her receptionist, was just as insensitive during the rare opportunities I was able to reach her via telephone. She was negligent in providing my information/medical documents (results of procedure) to the Veterans Administration who were kind enough to grant me community care through the choice program. On 8/20/19 I received an angry telephone call from Sally upon learning that I cancelled a major surgery that was to be performed by Dr. Roller on 8/21/19 due to the fact that I didn’t want to place my life in her hands knowing that she didn’t have my best interests at heart as evidenced by her abruptly hanging up on me upon learning that I decided to cancel the surgery. I have never been treated this poorly by an MD. Dr. Roller made me feel like two cents. I would strongly recommend potential patients in search of an OBGYN with compassion & bedside mannerisms to seek treatment elsewhere.

She is a great Dr! Takes the time to really listen to you and address concerns you have about anything. She's also up on the latest surgical technology, using it to help her patients have a faster and easier recovery time. She did for me!
