This is Saby a 13 year old Siamese. I pull most of my fur out on my stomach, legs etc. I have done it for 4 months. Then one day I get meet my new Veterinarian Dr. DiBiase. I am a new cat - well almost. I get a squirt of medicine in my mouth every day. I am not fond of that. But 7 days on I hardly do any pulling out. Just watching the butterflies, lizards and birds Thank you Dr. DiBiase and all your staff. See you again in a few weeks. Saby a happier cat.

Horrible Services the Receptionist Mike, get another job! He is so fake, and doesn't even want to the there!, the clinic staff makes you wait an hour even when you made an appointment and it's not only one time this happen it happens all the time, then they say that they exam the pet behind doors, as now you can't see what they really do to your babies, and they don't even do it at all. They charge you for stuff they don't do, and put your pet in a cage until they have the time to look at her/him. Your just one more cow passing by, they really don't care about the services, it's the more pets and charges they can get in, is how they treat pets and people. In Other words they are only about the money!!!. If you really care about your pet, stay away from this clinic!!!

I brought my dog in for ear issues. She was rubbing her ears on furniture, walls etc.. crying all the time. When the Dr. came out to speak with me,he said she was over weight. I had to ask about her ears. He stated I didn't see anything but did not use a scope. I could have done that! He said maybe he is allergic to chicken. Also, kept calling her a HE. Did he not just examine my female dog! I left without resolution. I made another appointment with another vet.

Upon my revival at banfield , I had a voucher for a free pet exam . The front desk tried to convince me to get a series of test done , once I explained I diddnt have the monetary funds to pay for the various test that was recommended , the front desk staff became extremely rude and curt towards me , so far as she even suggested I return home . All I wanted was a simple preliminary exam to check the overall wellness of my pet . I ended up finally being convinced to pay for the exam that were recommended and the attitude of the staff did a complete 180 , everybody instantly became caring , cordial , and welcoming . Furthermore , I dropped my puppy off at 8:30 am I picked him up at 3:30 pm and he diddnt receive one meal all day , I’m extremely dissatisfied ……. I get this is business , and ultimately it’s all about money . But clients don’t have to be treated as such ,

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 8, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
