I am living with Thyroid cancer and have to take medication EVERY day, if I miss a day, I have to take 2 pills the following day. Mt Carmel Pharmacy billed my insurance for my medication on May 11, 2022, today is May 16, 2022 and not only have I not received my medication as of yet, the manager of the store won't even speak to me regarding this matter.

Always been excellent customer service. Been coming to this pharmacy for years, the works are like family towards to me. The workers treat others with respect and showing them around since the pharmacy is small lol 😂

I went to get a COVID-19 test cause I was not feeling well and was DENIED SERVICE. I was told they did not accept my insurance, which doesn't make sense since COVID testing is free. The lady was extremely rude, unproffesional and condescending. I will be calling 311 and the Department of Pharmacy to report them

They are better stocked than other pharmacies. A few times mt Carmel has saved me when I was calling around to a million places and no one was in stock , but thankfully mt. Carmel pharmacy had it and also offered delivery . Another thing …
