My van broke down and I had it towed to Alan jay Toyota they called me back same day explained everything and gave me the amount to have it fixed the next morning(Thursday) i gave the go ahead and fix it.Barbie said she will try to see if they can have it fixed by the next day so I didn’t have to go all weekend with no vehicle..called Friday and unfortunately it won’t be until Monday afternoon..before I could say anything they set up for me to come get a loner vehicle for the weekend (no charge) and if needed they would send someone to pick me up and bring me to the dealership..
