Just worried

Went in for oil change man said he was done asked him how he refilled oil, I was in my car and no oil was added. Asked how oil was put in and he couldn't answer. So manager offered to change again. This time I saw and heard oil being changed. I suggest that someone from corporate check into this. This is the only oil change I have ever had that the service guy didn't check lights or wiper blades or air filter.poor service with me sitting right there what do they do if customer is not around

Two absolute gentlemen greeted me. One gentlemen's name is Troy. They took excellent proper care of my vehicle just hours before I had to travel on an unexpected urgent 11 hr long road trip back to NC. They took me in just before closing and were incredibly kind, helpful, and took excellent care of my '16 gmc. I arrived to NC free of mechanical issues, safe & sound w/my son. Extremely grateful!
