So where do I start I ordered a soup and a entrée they both came out at the same time... The soup bowl not appealing it tries to hard to be fancy but in reality it's not well designed for a soup especially when it's filled to the top the soup spills and dirties up the bowl.. The waitress never offered water and my arrozz chaufa had way too much soy sauce... Other than that the soup of "bolon" was delicious.

I love this chain of restaurants. This particular location sucks with their service. Every time I eat or order from here its never a good experience. This time I placed an orders for pick up and I asked for no cilantro on my ceviche, something that is very common for me to ask for. This time they messed up my order by giving me something completely different and the second time they tried to fix the mess they put cilantro on my ceviche saying it’s mixed in when ITS NOT. It may not be a big deal to anyone else but it is to me. The restaurant wasn’t sympathetic to their screw up at all. Again the food is amazing I would recommend that people go to the LIC or Jackson heights location they are much better.

Food was subpar. You go around the corner and could get any dish for half the price and twice as good. However for an authentic Ecuadorian dinning experience dish, this place could have good potential for a good experience. The hostess was very polite and kind. The Service and dinning experience made me regret siting down. Our family had horrible waiting staff, not only was rude but made unwanted. Will probably never come back here as there are other great Ecuadorian restaurants nearby.

The food and drinks were absolutely delicious!!! We were seated right away, but the wait staff was a little slow placing our orders. I'll charge that to it being a holiday evening, I'd definitely eat here again, family friendly!!
