At the age of 20, I opened a 20 yr level term policy under Sylvia Ruche. Since then the agency was taken over by Mimi Lange. At the age of 40 (April 2021) I've made numerous calls/left messages requesting to cancel this policy with no response back. Over the last 2 weeks I've called 3 times with no return call. As of the January of 2021 the policy rate increased from $12.00 a month to $65.00 a month. I understand the face value of this policy is low, but as a client, I should earn the same courtesy as any client. Due to the lack of response, the agent has continued to make the automatic with drawl from my account with a running total of $421.00 (May 2021-May 2022). My only hope at this point is someone sees this review and acts immediately. Otherwise, next steps are legal counsel.

Was happy with them for a few years, until the last few weeks. I've been an existing client for years. I was trading in an older model to a new 2022. The quote I received was $160 less than what I was paying, and was excited to hear that. When I got the invoice in the mail, it was $200 more than what I was quoted. After numerous phone calls & emails for 10 days after I was promised resolution, I was blown off my both Meesha & Clayton. They wouldn't even transfer my call to the owner Mimi. Its very disappointing and I was definitely a victim of a bait & switch on the price. There was no accountability & no effort to make things right. Its too bad
