$77 for an expired meter is a bit extreme!! It doesn’t matter if it’s 1 minute over or 500 minutes over, the fine is $77 😒 There should be a scale cause quite frankly $77 is extortion.

No. You have to be a property owner in Naples to get a beach pass. I work in City Hall.
Yes. If you have a handicap sticker you can park in any parking spot.
Beach Parking Permits All Collier County property taxpayers and full-time residents are eligible to receive an annual permit to park at all City of Naples and Collier County beaches for free.
You just pay for the parking with your credit card and it goes by your cell phone number. And it will alert you when it's about to run out
